Gayle Hadfield is a Certified Human Resources Professional with HR management experiences gained primarily in the healthcare, financial services, technology and non-profit sectors. Gayle is passionate about helping organizations develop workplaces where people are respected, valued and recognized. She will help you create a more productive and engaged workforce, where both your employees and your business will flourish. She works with an extensive network of HR specialists to ensure all of your needs are met. Using a Balanced Scorecard approach, she uses a clear and transparent process to enhance your people practices.

Gayle is a member of the BC HR Management Association and the Ontario HR Professional Association.


Gayle brings an insightful approach to situations, using analysis and solid HR knowledge to recommend solution options. The scope of her prior experiences enabled her to work strategically to move through changes, and to prioritize and manage standard and complex issues. By working collaboratively with directors and staff, her deliverables were well aligned to the needs of our workplace culture, and the future direction of the Foundation.
